Since completing my Bachelor of Digital Media, I have worked as a Freelance Web Designer.

Blind Citizens NZ – Southland Branch

Scripted (in conjunction with committee), filmed and edited an educational video intended for public transport providers with assistance with the Blind Foundation, Dunedin Airport, Air New Zealand, Blue Star Taxis and the Invercargill City Council.


Web Design and Development

Designed and developed websites tailored to suit client needs using HTML and CSS, including informational (brochure or portfolio) sites and those with significant database components utilising the WordPress Content Management System. Proven ability to develop robust site coding, resolve issues and produce visually appealing sites.

Client Support

Worked in a freelance role, consulting with clients on needs, providing initial advice and design. Worked through prototyping, revising design (often as clients develop a sense of the possibilities) and sought to enhance their original ideas as they see the possibilities.

Software Proficiency

Advanced user of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have a sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. An intermediate user of the Mac OS X/macOS and iOS/Android operating systems. Readily able to adapt to changes in systems and learn new software programs.
